I am doubtful I will meet one of my challenges of losing 20 lbs by Christmas! But I am close.. I am recovering from food poisoning and that has really set me back.
196.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
