I left almost 3 weeks of my daily exercise (1hr jogging & 1hr of cardio) and lost sight at my meals (specially in the morning and noon).

the result is that I gained 2.3kg during that period of rest....! no doubt its very easy to gain weight. my 3 weeks of daily effort wasted; my only comfort is that in that period of time I learned I can achieve my goal of losing 100g. daily.

self-awareness and keep on target is the only medicine to loss weight.

keep trying until you achieve what you want!

190.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
