I have been getting my 10000 steps for the past 4 days, hoping and wanting to keep it up every day for motivation. note to my self! keep writing ✍and recording my food .
209.2 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
