I joined blogilates's 12-week new body makeover since 1/12/2013. However, I didn't strictly follow the meal plan & workout calender.

My pet rabbit of 6 years passed on last Monday and I lost my appetite because of that.
118.2 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
