Down .5lb. Better than gaining, but hoping to do much better this coming week. I started doing level 2 of the shred this week, alternating days with level 1. Have not done either in last 2 days as I have a nasty cold, but will continue to do both levels starting tomorrow.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

Only 2.5 to go! Booya! I took your and Steph's advice and finally ordered The Shred. I'm going to have to find a way to get up even earlier every morning, but I'm pretty determined to do it. 16.4lbs for me! Woohoo!

That's awesome Stace. And Awesome Mel! I saw Mel in person - she looks amazing. I haven't even looked at Level 2 yet. I'm going to hold off on trying it in a hotel room and wait until I get home. Hard?
