finally kicking in after a month on the new diet. Veggies are now tasting better and meat is greasy. Lots of energy and not tired or hungry. Even late night I'm getting better! Nothing last night! Not feeling so hopeless. Long way to go, but this one should last. It's a real diet and what I can/should have for the rest of my life. going to a christmas party next, load up on the veggies!
