From mid June '12 on gained about 10 pounds, 11 at most maybe, by august/september.

Restricted food for a short while in Sept.
+Exercised 5-6 times a week w/ Blogilates.

Since the week of Halloween October/1st of November have followed rawtill4.
+Exercise maybe 2 times a week on avergage.


108.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
