I just lost about half pound since last weigh-in. But honestly I feel way lighter and I can tell because I am on a size 14 pants (34 on jeans). They weren't tight but perfect fit and now they are starting to fall. Hopefully with the change I am making to my food intake I will lose some pounds quicker. I still have a bit over a month to lose 10 and meet this challenge goal. :)
190.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree! You're doing GREAT! It feels so good when the clothes get loose, doesn't it? Just think what it will be like to buy the next size down. WTG, JAM!

Thanks to you both!.. Rob...I still have a bunch of size 10 pants in my closet from when I was 160lbs about 5-6 years ago. They are waiting patiently for me to get in them...lol... I refuse to get rid of them or give them away because I am determined to fit in them again soon!.. :)

Just remember, as you lose the weight get rid of the pants that are too loose. That way you have no choice but to get thinner! In other words, no "fat day" pants!
