Moved the scale into the bedroom so I remember to weigh each day. Good way to keep going DOWN!
172.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1337 kcal Fat: 78.95g | Prot: 60.90g | Carb: 76.70g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream 1 Tbsp, Light Cream 1 Tbsp, Havarti with Dill, Egglands Best Lg Egg, yerba mate, organic butter, VCO 1 Tbsp, Tea (Red Rose). Lunch: Tea (Red Rose), Wild Pomegrante Pecan. Dinner: muir glen tomatoes, bison, bush's chili beans. Snacks/Other: Original Coconut Milk, breyers cherry vanilla, Light Cream, tea. more...

Just make sure it's on a flat hard surface. Otherwise, you can get wrong readings. Scales don't work well on rugs.

Thank you Suzi. We have all wood floors, so a nice flat, sturdy surface. I plan to get a new scale as we've had this one for a long time. I'm so committed this time to lose the weight. I'm only 4' 11" and all this weight is taking its toll on my joints.
