1588 kcal Fat: 65.15g | Prot: 44.10g | Carb: 189.91g.   Breakfast: Almond Butter, Multigrain Bread, Multigrain Cheerios, Light Vanilla Yogurt. Lunch: Cheese Pizza with Vegetables, Mango Mantra (Sixteen). Dinner: Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, Safflower Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Broccoli, Onions, Radishes, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel) , lager. Snacks/Other: Cascadian Farms Harvest Berry Bar, Extra Crunchy Super Chunk Peanut Butter, Apples , Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges) . more...
