Hi. I'm Debby. I married Dr. VanderRad a few months back and turned 30 a few months before that. That's been a tough combo for my weight: my body feels like it has slowed down and my husband can eat like a maniac and stay lean. I can't eat like him, but it is hard to resist. I'd love to loose a few pounds and get to pre-husband size (who wouldn't?) but I'm still in a healthy weight range so my real focus is keeping up with exercise and fueling my body without going overboard.
