I am happy with the loss but not the rate of loss. I am OBESE! The one benefit of losing weight while obese is that you should be losing MORE than the normal 1-2 lbs a week! I weight myself everyday. I weighed in at 292.6 last monday, 290.1 on tuesday, 292.5 on wed (I had some fries, not even all of them, some) 291.4 on thursday, 290.2 on every day after including today. I eat low carbs, low calorie, I work out 5 days a week with heavy weights and I do HIIT 4-5 days a week after lifting. Not to mention I have also added in intermittent fasting! I don't even have any cheat days. So I should be losing 3-4 if not 5 a week. But no.

I understand slow is good. I understand, muscle weighs more than fat, I understand I didn't gain it in a month, (although it feels like i did) so I can't lose it in a month. But damn, I SWEAR if i ate 2 candy bars this week, 5 pounds gained. But i cant run and eat off 5 lbs! uggggh
290.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 95.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week

I hear ya, but not much you can do about it. We all lose at different rates for different reasons. Some people are genetically blessed. It's age, sex, muscle to fat ratio etc. and more that all effect rate of weight loss. Just keep plugging away. It will come off.
