bad girl for a few days added 2 lbs. but back on the wagon. the snacking at night is going to have to stop. I feel like poop every time I do it. so here I go again trying to lose the darn weight.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
