Went well this week, but this was the first week back to food journaling. The question is, can I keep it up?
172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1761 kcal Fat: 67.78g | Prot: 91.00g | Carb: 208.06g.   Breakfast: Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch: Yellow Cake (with Vanilla Frosting), Nabisco Triscuit Crackers Original, Colby Jack Cheese, Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets (8 Count), Hunt's Bold BBQ Sauce, Equality Italian Meat Balls. Dinner: Stouffer's Lasagna Italiano (Family Size), Gala Apples, Panera Bread Low-Fat Vegetarian Black Bean Soup (Bowl). Snacks/Other: Equate Ultra Weight Loss Shake - Creamy Milk Chocolate. more...
