School delays and sick kids keeping me off schedule last week, along with a ski trip over the weekend... too many unhealthy snacks and alcohol!!

Back on track this week!
141.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
