So glad to see the lower number! My weigh in is Friday. I really want to see 165.0 to be on track for a loss of 1.7lbs per week, which will put me at 20lbs lost by the 12th week of the year.
It's so rainy and cold out. I'm going to start my Wii Active this morning, and some Beach Body. When the weather gets better i look forward to walking and exploring again.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
