Stayed mostly on stage 1 with a tiny bit of fruit and a bit more then i should sugar free chocolate. Started experimenting with various fancy European recipes. Other day made an incredible soup that is made of stock, various smoked meat, black olives, and (!) cucumbers in brine (available from Israeli or Arab markets, about a $1 for can). My family loved it! let me know if you need a recipe.
