Only one "bad" day, but I guess I did kind of get off my diet over the weekend. But, 200?! That's a bit harsh for having run 7 miles yesterday.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
