I am still on my period. Started drinking a pineapple juice and lemon juice mixture once a day. I'm making sure I'm taking my iron vitamins. I don't quite know my "real" body weight.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
