Ate some blueberry pie last night...cravings and what the heck...felt guilty this AM...walked 5 miles to pay the man. Going to enjoy Sunday with a no fast high carb day. Then go OMAD the rest of the week. Realized I lost 35 lbs. in 2 months...taking a mini break from the focus. 15 pounds or so til goal. Hoping a good 2/3 months more...then maintenance.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
