made a veg stir fry thing around 4:30 and other than wine nothing to eat after that . it felt like a switch turned on. 1/2 c granola and coffee for breakfast and st Pete blue salad for lunch
199.0 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
