had a really good week , enjoyed it , have done 2 lots of exercise ; Zumba , and may do one last session hopefully today at my sisters house ! lost another 3 lbs! this week , soooo pleased , 13st.4lbs now ! Woooooo .
186.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
