Back to 2lbs this week! yay! I think the secret for me could be ignoring my extra weekly points for the most part - I used a few this week, but the majority were still left, which was what I had been doing before I slowed down over the past two weeks. I didn't use all of them then, but I used a lot more and, unless it was some other unlikely blip, that must have slowed my progress. I wanted to lose 28lbs before the 1st Dec, when my parents arrive from Cyprus for the holidays so, fingers crossed, I'll just do it.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yes, some people lose better without them, but they can make plan sustainable for the long term (especially for the holidays). You are doing great!! So keep doing what your doing.
