Weight still hasn't changed, but my body fat % went down to 27.6 and I feel smaller and healthier, so that's what counts! Although the fact that I haven't lost any weight is kind of discouraging, people keep telling me its because I build muscle quickly. I do feel stronger and it was easier to run yesterday than it was starting out. I'm just hoping my weight catches up soon so I feel like its actually paying off. Today is a Thanksgiving pot luck at work--- that will be challenging. But gym again tomorrow morning, so if I eat more than I should, I will just have to work harder! I also signed up for my 5K mud run in April, so that is motivation to keep going!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
