Finally off that perch! Down just a quarter pound but that much closer to target. One way to look at it is less than 6 pounds to normal, rather than less than 11 to goal.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 158.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
