Okay, time to buckle up kiddo. Stop saying you'll eat better after Thanksgiving.

Start eating healthy now and maybe, just maybe you can survive Thanksgiving without gaining 5 lbs.
104.4 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
