Well, February threw a wrench into my plans due to absolutely ridiculously frigid weather. It was all I could do to slide out of bed and immediately into sweatpants and about 8 layers of clothes. I know it's just an excuse. I probably could have tried a wee bit harder to do indoor cardio and calesthetics, but I just wanted to eat ALL the food.

Marching into a new month with renewed commitment! Hubby and I are doing "Mammal-free March" and avoiding foods from animals that give live birth. I know. That's gross. But, it's a fairly easy challenge that I hope will help us stay focused on what we're eating and how much. Chicken, fish and dairy are all fair game! And, of course, veggies and fruits. Let's do this!
139.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
