Today is Day 13 of South Beach Diet. It's not a diet! It's a lifestyle. Even though I'm only on Phase I, I did have a small glass of red wine last night. Monday I start Phase II. I'm so pumped at how well I actually fee. I just hope I'm successful as I move to the next Phase!
