Today is the first day of Phase II. I made recipe of muffins from the SBD Supercharged book and had one for breakfast along with cottage cheese. I decided to have my fruit for an afternoon snack with a high protein greek yogurt. So far, so good. I didn't feel hungry after having the muffin made with wheat flour and oats. Here's to day 15!
