Ugh. Just about a year now working remote. Sitting all day practically. Gained back all the 20 lbs I lost.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1222 kcal Fat: 50.26g | Prot: 64.46g | Carb: 133.39g.   Breakfast: BP Coffee, Trader Joe's Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Nature's Path Love Crunch, Blueberries , 365 Greek Yogurt Plain. Lunch: Brie Cheese , Dave's Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains & Seeds Bread. Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Added in Cooking), White Rice, Heavenly Chef Hunan Red Chili Sauce, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Vitafusion MultiVites Gummy Vitamins, Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kisses, Tangerine. more...

It sucks but you can definitely get back. I am currently struggling with that myself! I can't lose another year fighting this weight, time to get serious 💪

While it's frustrating and maddening to gain back weight we've previously lost, you've caught it and are here to do something about it. I gained 40 before I came to my senses...
