I seem to have slowed to a pound a week loss over the past couple of weeks since the weather turned colder here - I'll take it, but I was enjoying the two pounds per week loss up to now. Still losing so can't complain. Potassium supplement for cramp seems to be making it worse and it's given me acid so will stop that and carry on with magnesium; haven't drunk as much water for the past two days so back to that - it really is a trial for me as I have never been a big drinker of any kind. I feel thinner than my weight if that makes sense; my trousers are all getting too big for me, which is making me happy even though it's making my purse wince at the thought of replacing them! Now at the worst part of my annual nightmare of doing company accounts, which means a very great deal of sitting in one place, so dear old Jane Fonda and my poor dusty cross trainer will have to get me moving and mobile and will hopefully shake my weight loss up again to two pounds a week. I'll get there by hook or by crook!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It's perfectly normal to slow to a pound or so a week. You may still have higher weeks and lower weeks and weeks of staying the same. It's all a part of the journey. You are doing amazing!!! Go you!
