Thursday :)

Oh my oh my... The Indian restaurant near my house opened again! They have been closed for a couple of months. I saw the sign on my way home from the gym and just had to stop. I was so happy to find out the cook from two owners ago purchased the place. His cooking is fantastic!! and I really missed eating there :)

Exercise: 45 min elliptical 3.2 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Red blotches are starting to lighten, spots are healing with no new ones, no trigger foods eaten had spicy Indian food today. Did not use Prosacea.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
