Negative 30 lbs. this evening. Not sure I want to ease up...been dropping so fast. OMAD is the difference and sticking to a focused meal outlook and follow through. Daily meal is planned the night before and followed using FatSecret. Some exceptions but few needed. Super Bowl and Valentine's day were mild exceptions. A little over 20+ pounds is the ultimate weight loss goal...Shooting for June, if not sooner. Let's Go!
191.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
