Your losing weight and want to quit??? All that fat didn't hop on your body overnight and won't hop off (although we all wish it would, lol!) You are losing fine and at a great rate. Not sure why you are exercising so much. It's quality that counts with exercise not always quantity. You might be better off doing 30 minutes of strength training/circuit training and 30 with cardio. HIT is great for fat loss (high intensity training). You have to get your mindset on the fact that this is for life or you will be forever on the weight loss yo-yo train. Eat healthy and find a work out plan that is sustainable for your life. Other wise you will want to give up. Also, keep your weight loss expectations reasonable. Some weeks you will have bigger losses and some weeks you will gain or have no loss. It happens to us all. You are off to a great start. Just keep going and find a good balance and you will be at goal in no time.

Hi Suzi! Thanks for the lift! I think I was a little frustrated... The walking is really for another health issue, but thought geez, you would think it would really push me along. I'm better now.. :) I think three weeks of rabbit food has pushed me over the edge but I've worked my way back now :) -JLewis
