Well, I'm starting fresh. Last semester, I re-entered college after 18 years of not attending. This semester, I'm taking a fitness class. I'm hoping that this program will supplement the fitness class and make the weight loss less painful. Today is my first day of class. I've got a new cute haircut, a new notebook, and I'm ready soar!
Didn't start this until after lunch so breakfast and lunch were a huge mistake! I've almost reached my RDI! Tomorrow will be better. I will take time tonight to plan the week's menu.
