upped the water and loss speeding back up, hard to get in as work gets busier.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Water is definitely good. I know I always feel better when I am well hydrated. Keep it up!! You are making fantastic progress ... so awesome!!
