here I've been running and I should be taking advantage of the calories I'm burning by watching my calories, but I'm too hungry. I'm going to have to really buckle down and find lower calorie options.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
