Happy with my results. Fat % continues to drop. I've added back all the water weight I lost during my run. Doing another big run this weekend will make sure to hydrate better.

193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
