Just a step back, not a set back. I went on a carb overload this weekend.

I have found that anytime past Wednesday I lose my focus. I am going to start reporting in on Monday's and Thursday's to see if my public pronouncement of my progress will help keep me accountable beyond midweek.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
