yayy ! I wanted 256.25 but I'm happy I acv omplished this this is better than going up .. I deserve to feel good (: but next week goal still stands !
256.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
