Back on track...need to track the oils I use for omelettes...realized soreness after heavy weight workout, leads to inflammation water weight gain for a couple of days post workout.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
