I've been so bad. Gained a lot, and today will start back on Scarsdale for two weeks. To me, it's the easiest plan to follow and not expensive. I must get back down to 215 for starters.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
