Monday :)
Went on my first group ride today, we were out for 3 hours. I had a lot of fun... it was 30F just below freezing and did pretty well. Near the end my toes and finger tips froze! Rode on the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad trail.
Exercise: Road Biking 2 hours 18.9 miles 8.5 mi/h. Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - No new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea
