Did a lot of exercise over the weekend, was expecting to lose 1 lb at least. Looks like it's going to get harder from here on in.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes - you have less than 15 to lose so I expect it may be harder now. I think that once a week fast you plan to do may help. I've seen a few people taking that approach and it seems to help.

I'm going to try again this Thursday. Will have to keep the exercise down to make it work.

I'll be watching to see how it goes. Good luck. This is one of the strategies I may need to use when I hit plateau for an extended period (hehehe .... I am thinking ahead).
