Omron scale just arrived.
Weight: 193.4 Lbs - accurate as the medical scale I've been using
BMI: 24.8 (normal range 18.5 to 25) yea! I'm technically not overweight.
Body fat: 19.2 (normal range 11 to 21.9) This is what I need to get down
Skeletal Muscle: 36.5 (normal range 33.1 to 39.1) Higher is better
Visceral fat: 19.2 (<9 is normal, > 15 is very high). YIKES
Well this is a wake up call. Looks like the chocolate has to go!
