I learned that weighing after getting out of the shower is an inaccurate wight. I have been weighing at the same time every day, just trying to get consistency
171.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the information. I did research it too, and as I read I remember my Chemistry from so long ago. Yes warm objects weigh less when warm than when cool.

Yes, and if you have long hair, the water weight in it adds weight. That's why consistency on the scale is so important to accurately gauge weight loss.
