WELL!!!!!!!!! I have been a very bad girl. I gained 5 pounds in the course of 21 days. McDonald's, Wendy's, Popeyes and Blue Smoke has taken over my life. My weight is almost right back to where I was before. I started working at a new location and could not find the time to eat right. I went to bed late, woke up early. Since I was sleep deprived, all I did was eat.
My treadmill is feeling neglected as well but today I am trying to get back on course. I slept well last night and even ate a little better then the past couple of weeks. I plan on going to Florida in May and although my body isn't toned, I am still satisfied with the way I look, BEAUTIFUL!:-)
