Didnt have as many bms as wanted then ate tons of food for breakfast. So done. Yeah right. Ate crap all day again. Body, stomache and legs bloated. 155lbs. Took 20 oxy again. Legs hurt and face feels puffy too. Last day for birth control for at least a month.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
