I can't believe I've let this weight creep back up on me. I'm just so hungry all the time!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Low calorie diets are notorious for constant hunger. Even when you manage to stay disciplined for a few weeks at time, the weight loss you achieve is typically very hard to maintain (and often has other negative health consequences, like loss of lean muscle). I don't want to suggest any one specific diet because each person's ideal is very different, but I think anyone trying to lose body fat can benefit from the work and writing of people like Gary Taubes (author of "Good Calories, Bad Calories" and "Why We Get Fat"), Peter Attia (his blog is called "Eating Academy"), and other folks oriented toward the various low-carb and/or paleo philosophies. It may not be for everyone, but if you can use that info at least to get off the processed foods and grains, I'd bet that you'll drop the weight more easily and, best of all, will never feel hungry.
