Not happy and have to start eating 3 meals a day. So again reason I dont eat breakfast is because I overeat and then the rest of day goes to shit. Not happy at all and cant exercise because of rolled ankle. So not sure how I will do this. Today was a bad bad day. My legs, stomache and body are huge and I took 20 oxy tonight so hope it helps some and come tomorrow I am going to TRY to barely eat the next few days then start this healthy kick thing.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
